摘　　要：旧房拆除是目前城市更新工程中非常重要的工作,所以对旧房拆除工作进行分析与强调能够产生突出的现实价值。结合目前的旧房拆除工程实践做分析会发现,在拆除过程中,多方面因素掌握和控制不到位会导致安全事故的发生。因此在旧房拆除工作开展的过程中,结合项目实践做好区域考察,制定具有全面性和可行性的安全拆除工作计划,并按照工作计划严格执行相应的工作,这样旧房拆除的安全控制效果会更加明显。本文对旧房拆除及安全工作进行讨论,旨在指导目前的实践工作。The demolition of old houses is a very important work in the current urban renewal project,so the analysis and emphasis on the demolition of old houses can produce outstanding practical value.Analysis on the current demolition practice of old houses show that,in the process of demolition,the failure to grasp and control many factors will lead to safety accidents.Therefore,in the process of implementing the demolition of old houses,it is necessary to perform the area inspection according to the project practice,formulate a comprehensive and feasible safe demolition work plan,and strictly implement the corresponding work in accordance with the work plan,so that the safety control effect of the demolition of the old houses will be obvious.This article discusses the demolition and safety of old houses,aiming to guide the current practical work.
