腰果壳油多元醇制备聚氨酯单组分湿固化无溶剂胶粘剂的研究

摘　　要：用聚醚多元醇(PPG)在一定工艺条件下合成汽车顶棚湿法骨架成型用聚氨酯单组分湿固化无溶剂胶粘剂PK-618E1,再分别将20%、50%、80%、100%的PPG用等羟基量的腰果壳油多元醇代替,在相同工艺条件下合成胶粘剂PK-618E2、PK-618E3、PK-618E4、PK-618E5。按汽车顶棚湿法制造两步法工艺制作样件测试对比其开放性、反应性和初粘强度。并通过测试预聚过程中NCO含量的变化,用红外光谱仪扫描腰果壳油多元醇及其合成的胶粘剂的基团结构,以分析腰果壳油多元醇的结构与性能的关系。结果表明,由于腰果壳油多元醇有长疏水链、刚性间位取代苯环、聚酯多元醇伯羟基结构等3大特征,腰果壳油多元醇制备的单组分湿固化无溶剂胶粘剂相比用聚醚多元醇(PPG)能大幅改善其开放性,且不会影响其初粘强度。PU one component moisture curing solvent-free adhesive PK-618E1 for automobile roof wet skeleton molding was synthesized by polyether polyol(PPG)under certain technological conditions,and then PK-618E2,PK-618E3,PK-618E4 and PK-618E5 were synthesized by cashew nut shell oil polyol with total hydroxyl content of 20%,50%,80% and 100%instead of PPG under the same conditions.According to the two-step wet manufacturing process of automobile roof,the openness,reactivity and initial bonding strength of the samples were tested and compared.By testing the change of NCO content in the pre-polymerization process,the group structure of the cashew nut shell liquid polyol and its synthetic adhesive was scanned with an infrared spectrometer to analyze the relationship between the structure and performance of the cashew nut shell oil polyol.The results show that because cashew nut shell liquid polyol has three major characteristics:long hydrophobic chain,rigid meta-substituted benzene ring,polyester polyol primary hydroxyl group structure.Compared with polyether polyol(PPG),the one-component moisture-curing solvent-free adhesive prepared from cashew nut shell oil polyol can greatly improve its openness without affecting its initial strength.
