摘  要:相比其他高分子分散剂合成方法,大分子单体法更具优势,合成的分散剂质量稳定,工艺简单,所以本文以大分子单体法合成了水溶性高分子绘画颜料分散剂。通过酯化反应制备具备反应活性的大分子单体,并利用溶液聚合法与丙烯酸单体、乙烯基单体发生共聚,以合成了聚醚-聚丙烯酸水溶性高分子绘画颜料分散剂。在此基础上进行了表征实验研究,结果表明,酯化反应温度应严格控制在100~120℃;分散剂表面张力降低效果显著,临界胶束浓度为0.015;以钛白粉为例对分散剂在绘画颜料悬浊液的悬浮稳定性进行了测试,发现分散剂可有效提升钛白粉悬浮率,在分子量为1000时分散效果最佳。Compared with other synthesis methods of polymer dispersants,macromonomer method has more advantages.The quality of the synthesized dispersants is stable and the process is simple.Therefore,this paper uses macromonomer method to synthesize water-soluble polymer paint pigment dispersants.Macromonomer with reactivity were prepared by esterification and copolymerized with acrylic monomers and vinyl monomers by solution polymerization to synthesize polyether-polyacrylic acid water-soluble polymer paint pigment dispersing agent.On this basis,a characterization experiment was carried out.The experimental results show that the esterification reaction temperature should be strictly controlled at 100~120℃.The surface tension of dispersant decreased significantly,and the critical micelle concentration was 0.015.Taking titanium dioxide as an example,the suspension stability of the dispersant in paint suspension was tested.It was found that the dispersant could effectively improve the suspension rate of titanium dioxide,and the dispersion effect was the best when the molecular weight was 1000.
