强而韧塑木复合篮球场地板材料板材性能分析及其制备方法

摘　　要：文章制备了一种具备坚固延展性的塑木复合材料板,针对塑木复合材料板制备的方法及综合性能展开研究。塑木复合材料基于自身高韧性与耐磨性适用于制造韧性弹力强度较高的产品,例如:防撞板墙、篮球地板、篮球架板、高价值器械包装托盘等;塑木复合材料板由改性木粉、界面胶剂、改性橡胶颗粒、柏油、氧化聚乙烯以及抗氧剂等高分子材料制成,该板材在生产制造中方便快捷、生产线连续生产、生产效率极高;与传统木质板材相比,该板材具有原材料丰富、节能环保、可重复利用、成本较低、防虫蛀、无色差、不掉漆等优势特征;其弯曲性能、蠕变性能、耐磨损性能与传统木材相比具有显著优势,更适用于篮球场地地板材料。This paper prepared a solid and ductile plastic-wood composite board,and carried out research on the preparation method and comprehensive performance of the plastic-wood composite board.Based on its own high toughness and wear resistance,wood-plastic composite material is suitable for manufacturing products with high toughness and elastic strength,such as:anti-collision wall,basketball floor,basketball rack board,high-value equipment packaging tray,etc.;plastic-wood composite board is made of modified wood powder,interface glue,modified rubber particles,asphalt,oxidized polyethylene and antioxidant and other high molecular materials.The board is convenient and fast in production,with continuous production line and high production efficiency;compared with the traditional wood panel,the panel has the advantages of abundant raw materials,energy saving,environmental protection,reusable,low cost,moth proofing,no color difference,no paint;compared with traditional wood,its bending property,creep property and wear resistance have obvious advantages,and it is more suitable for basketball court floor material.
