摘  要:针对现有建筑围护结构节能优化技术普遍存在实际节能率和节能效益较低的问题,提出一种基于线性规划法与0-1整数规划法结合的优化模型,通过充分考虑建筑围护结构的效益与节能特性,实现了节能效益最大化。最后,将提出的优化模型应用于成都某建筑维护结构,证明了该优化模型具有一定的可行性,可将节能效率从53%提高到61%,节能效益从102.869元/m^(2)提高到111.9022元/m^(2),较大程度地提高了建筑节能率和节能效益,为建筑围护结构降低能耗,推动节能减排目标实施提供了参考。Aiming at the problems of low actual energy-saving rate and energy-saving benefit in the existing building envelope energy-saving optimization technology,an optimization model based on the combination of linear programming method and 0-1 integer programming method is proposed.By comprehensively considering the energy-saving characteristics and benefit of building envelope,the maximum energy-saving benefit is achieved.Finally,the proposed optimization model was applied to the maintenance structure of a building in Chengdu,which proved the feasibility of the optimization model,which can increase the energy-saving efficiency from 53%to 61%,and the energy-saving benefit can be increased from 102.869 yuan/m^(2) to 111.9022 yuan/m^(2),which greatly improved the building’s energy-saving rate and efficiency,and provided a reference for building envelopes to reduce energy consumption and promote the implementation of energy-saving and emission-reduction targets.
