摘 要:通过对烟草科研实验室磨粉室内粉尘组成及其气流组织的测定和分析,运用CAV(定风量)技术及VAV(变风量)技术对不同粉尘采取分类方式收集,对比分析了这两种排风技术在粉尘收集的试验结果,并从噪音和能耗两个方面进行了比较分析。结果表明,VAV(变风量)技术有效捕获磨粉粉尘的性能更好,在相同的工作时间内,VAV(变风量)技术的设备能耗及噪音要低于CAV(定风量)技术。Through the measurement and analysis of the dust composition and airflow organization in the milling room of the tobacco research laboratory,and the CAV(constant air volume)technology and VAV(variable air volume)technology are used to collect different dusts in a classified manner,and the two are compared and analyzed.The test results of exhaust air technology in dust collection are compared and analyzed in terms of noise and energy consumption.The results show that the VAV(Variable Air Volume)technology has better performance in effectively capturing grinding dust.In the same working time,the equipment energy consumption and noise of the VAV(Variable Air Volume)technology are lower than the CAV(Constant Air Volume)technology.
