摘 要:目前火力发电在我国电力行业中仍然占据着重要的位置,是电能生产的重要组成部分。随着国家大力提倡、号召节能减排,逐步实现节能环保的能源战略目标,这就对火电厂的生产作业提出了更严格的要求,火电机组的运行也需要按照高标准执行。正是基于上述原因,火电机组的节能改造工作刻不容缓。本文以国电某发电厂600MW火电机组的设计方案和运行数据为依据,研究了低压省煤器、暖风器,以及暖风器与低压省煤器配合运行等余热利用方案,将电驱动方式的给水泵替换为蒸汽方式驱动的给水泵。基于等效热降法和其他常规的热力学计算方法,分析了多种方案下的火电机组的煤炭消耗情况,并对比研究了多种方案的经济效果和节能效果,以及其适用范围和优缺点属性。At present,thermal power generation still occupies an important position in China’s electric power industry and is an important part of electric energy production.As the country vigorously advocates and calls for energy conservation and emission reduction,and gradually realizes the energy strategy goal of energy conservation and environmental protection,which has put forward stricter requirements on the production and operation of thermal power plants,and the operation of thermal power units also needs to be carried out in accordance with high standards.Precisely for the above reasons,the energy-saving renovation of thermal power units can’t be delayed.In this paper,based on the design scheme and operation data of a 600MW thermal power unit of a Guodian power plant,the waste heat utilization scheme such as low-pressure economizer,fan warmer,and the operation of fan warmer in cooperation with low-pressure economizer is investigated to replace the feedwater pump driven by electricity with the feedwater pump driven by steam.Based on the equivalent heat drop method and other conventional thermodynamic calculations,the coal consumption of thermal power units under various scenarios is analyzed,and comparative study of the economic and energy efficiency of various solutions,as well as their applicability and advantages and disadvantages attributes.
