摘  要:基于对船模自航实验的了解和结构分析,为使学生更好地学习船模试验,开发了一款具有自主知识产权的船模自航仪。该自航仪为拆分式断轴自航仪,采用分离式测量系统将螺旋桨的推力及扭矩拆分测量,拥有可更换模组增强学生的动手操作能力,同时也在一定程度上保障了螺旋桨、主机、船体之间的良好配合,提高自航试验测试精度。通过拖曳水池的试验验证,得到了良好的螺旋桨推力及扭矩测量结果,证明该设备可以很好地投入到本科教学试验中。Based on the understanding and structure analysis of ship model self-propelled experiment,a ship model self-propelled instrument with independent intellectual property rights is developed to enable students to better learn ship model experiment.The autopilot is a split shaft breaking autopilot,which uses a split measuring system to measure the thrust and torque of the propeller.It has a replaceable module to enhance students'hands-on ability.At the same time,it ensures the good cooperation among the propeller,main engine and hull to a certain extent,and improves the test accuracy of the autopilot test.Good results of propeller thrust and torque measurement are obtained by towing tank test,which proves that the equipment can be used in undergraduate teaching experiment.
