摘 要:将金铂合金纳米颗粒(AuPtNPs)修饰单壁碳纳米管(SWCNTs)多孔电极阵列,与琼脂糖水凝胶电解质相结合,构建了柔性可穿戴式电化学氧气传感器。该传感器通过光敏印章技术,在聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)滤膜表面构筑聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)的高精度电极阵列图案,并利用减压过滤实现SWCNTs和AuPtNPs的依次沉积,从而制备出具有良好导电性、电催化活性和多孔性的柔性电极阵列。在此基础上,采用掺杂了磷酸盐缓冲溶液和表面活性剂的琼脂糖水凝胶作为准固态电解质,制备出可穿戴式的电化学氧气传感器。该传感器对2.5%~30.0%浓度范围内的氧气具有良好的线性响应,可实时动态监测人体呼吸气体中氧气的浓度变化。A flexible wearable electrochemical oxygen sensor based on gold-platinum alloy nanoparticles decorated single-walled carbon nanotubes(AuPtNPs-SWCNTs) electrode arrays for the detection of oxygen in gas phases was reported.The sensor used a photosensitive seal print technology to construct a high-resolution electrode array pattern of polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS) on the surface of polyvinylidene fluoride(PVDF) filter membranes, which allowed the deposition of SWCNTs and AuPtNPs sequentially through vacuum filtration to prepare flexible electrode arrays with good conductivity, electrocatalytic activity and porosity.On this basis, a wearable electrochemical oxygen sensor was prepared by using agarose hydrogels doped with phosphate buffer and surfactants as a quasi-solid electrolyte, which exhibited a good linear response to oxygen in the concentration range of 2.5%-30.0%.The resulting sensor was successfully applied to the real-time monitoring of oxygen concentration in human respiratory gases.
