摘 要:为了解决现有配色系统无法适用于纤维素类数码转杯纺产品配色的问题,文章选用红、黄、蓝三色黏胶短纤,将三色短纤以10%为比例梯度纺制成混色纱线,再将其制作成针织物,利用Datacolor 650分光光度计进行测色并收集实验数据,采用Stearns-Noechel模型对其混色效果进行研究分析,建立适用于该种成纱方法的色彩预测模型。研究结果表明:经验参数M值为0.136时,模型配色效果最好;试验样品测试值与预测值的平均比例误差为7.89%,平均色差为0.320,且每个样品色差均小于1;同时发现理想M值与波长之间线性相关性较弱,仅在波长大于600 nm时具有较好的线性相关性,而二次函数能够更好解释两者之间的关系。The existing color matching system is not applicable to color matching of cellulose digital rotor spinning product.To solve this problem,red,yellow,and blue three-color viscose short fibers were selected and spun to melange yarns with a gradient of 10%.After being made into knitted fabric,Datacolor 650 spectrophotometer was adopted for color measurement.The experimental datas were recorded and then analyzed based on Stearns-Noechel model.In this paper,a color prediction model suitable for this spinning method is established.The research results reveal that when the value of empirical parameter M is 0.136,the model can achieve the optimal color matching effect;the average ratio error between the tested value and the predicted value of the test samples is 7.89%,the value of average color difference is 0.320,and the values of the color difference for each sample are all less than 1.In the meantime,it is found that there exists weak linear correlation between the ideal M value and the wavelength,which is only good when the wavelength is greater than 600 nm.Further,the quadratic function can better explain the relationship between these pre-mentioned two parameters.
