摘 要:以盐酸羟胺为恒黏剂,采用浸泡法将天然橡胶杯凝胶制备成恒黏天然橡胶,研究了盐酸羟胺溶液的浸泡时间对生胶门尼黏度、凝胶含量、塑性初值、塑性保持率、热失重和动态力学性能的影响,对比分析了硫化胶的物理机械性能随恒黏剂浸泡时间长短的变化。结果表明,采用浓度为2%的盐酸羟胺浸泡杯凝胶可以制备出恒黏橡胶;随着恒黏处理时间的延长,天然橡胶的门尼黏度和凝胶含量均不断减小,弹性模量不断提高;当恒黏处理时间为0.5 h时,可以制备出门尼黏度较低且拉伸强度稳定在29 MPa的恒黏天然橡胶;恒黏剂提高了天然橡胶的耐老化性能。Constant viscosity natural rubber was prepared by soaking natural rubber cup gel in the hydroxylamine hydrochloride solution.The effect of soaking time on the constant viscosity rubber were characterized by Mooney viscosity,TGA,gel content,plasticity initial value(P0),plastic retention(PRI)and dynamic mechanical properties(RPA).The results show that constant viscosity rubber can be successfully prepared by soaking natural rubber cup gel in the 2%hydroxylamine hydrochloride solution.With the extension of soaking time,the Mooney viscosity and gel content of natural rubber decrease continuously,while the elastic modulus increases continuously.When the soaking time is 0.5 h,the constant viscosity natural rubber with low Mooney viscosity and stable tensile strength of 29 MPa can be prepared.In addition,hydroxylamine hydrochloride solution can improve the aging resistance of natural rubber.
