摘  要:将涤/氨混纺比为1∶2和1∶9的纱线制成的两种平纹织物,再分别与壳聚糖/天丝水刺非织造布通过点胶黏合和热轧黏合工艺复合,得到复合绷带。测试复合绷带的厚度、透气性能和经向拉伸性能,对比分析了不同复合工艺对复合绷带性能的影响。结果表明,点胶型复合绷带的透气性能优于热轧型,点胶距为5 mm的1∶9型点胶型复合绷带具有较好的变形能力和载荷稳定性,更适合用作绷带。The composite bandages were obtained by combining the two plain weave fabrics made of 1∶2 and 1∶9 polyester/spandex blended yarns with chitosan/tencel spunlaced nonwovens through the dotted glue and hot-press bonding processes respectively.The thickness,air permeability and warp tensile properties of the composite bandages were tested,and the effects of different bonding process on the composite bandages were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the air permeability of the composite bandage with dotted glue was better than that with hot-press bonding process.The 1∶9 type dotted glue composite bandage with the glue distance of 5mm had better deformability and load stability,which was more suitable for the bandage.
