摘 要:介绍了FEVE膜结构材料的生产工艺流程,分析了热处理温度对玻纤基布拉伸强度的影响。测试了以涤纶和玻纤为基布的FEVE膜结构材料的拉伸强度和表面接触角,研究了3000 h氙灯老化辐照后涤纶平纹FEVE膜材的耐老化黄变性能。The technological production process of FEVE membrane structure materials was introduced.The influence of heat treatment temperature on the tensile strength of base fabric composed of glass fiber was analyzed.The tensile strength and the surface contact angle of FEVE membrane structure materials based on fabrics composed of polyester fiber and glass fiber were tested,and the aging and yellowing resistance of the FEVE membrane structure material based on the plain fabric composed of polyester after 3000 h xenon lamp aging irradiation was studied.
