摘　　要：大黑汀水库河床电站5号机组为1978年产品,1985年投入运行至今已运行30多年。现发现支持盖裂纹,严重影响机组安全运行,存在较大安全隐患。通过本次现场更新支持盖,改造处理了转轮密封、导叶刚性密封,解决了水轮机转轮渗漏油、导叶密封等问题,确保了机组安全稳定运行,取得了良好的经济效益。The No.5 unit of Daheiting Reservoir Riverbed Hydropower Station was manufactured in 1978.It was put into operation in 1985 and has been in operation for more than 30 years.Cracks has been found on the support cover which have seriously affected the safe operation of the unit,and there is potential safety hazard.Through the on-site renewal of the support cover,the runner seal and the rigid seal of the guide vane have been renovated,and the problems of oil leakage and guide vane sealing of the turbine runner have been solved,which guarantees the safe and stable operation of the unit and achieves good economic benefits.
