摘　　要：为做好水利水电移民安置项目的收口工作,需对各安置点的变更设计投资进行汇总,以反映实施后的设计变更投资的真实情况,然而因各安置点变更情况受诸多因素影响较为复杂,导致汇总投资时间较长。文章通过对多个已完工移民安置区基础设施项目设计变更情况及投资调整情况进行梳理,并选取典型案例重点分析,为正在实施的类似项目设计变更投资调整及变化影响因素分析提供参考。In order to complete the final stage of the resettlement works of water conservancy and hydropower project,it is necessary to summarize the design change investment of each resettlement site to reflect the actual situation of the design change investment after implementation.However,the design change of each resettlement site is affected by many factors,resulting in a long time to summarize the investment.The paper sorts out the design changes and investment adjustments of multiple completed infrastructure works in the resettlement area,and selects a typical cases to focus on the analysis,so as to provide reference for investment adjustments and influencing factors analysis of similar projects under construction.
