摘　　要：近年来,中国生物质能不断发展,但生物天然气项目前期设计文件的概算编制尚未形成统一的编制标准,设计过程中项目投资概算计算主要采用市政工程的计算体系,二者存在一定差异。文章根据生物天然气项目投资概算编制中目前存在的问题及其概算框架体系和费用特点,提出了生物天然气项目概算编制框架体系及相应的计算方法,可供相关设计人员参考。In recent years,China's biomass energy has continued to develop,but a unified compilation standard for the preparation of preliminary design documents for bio-natural gas projects has not yet been established.The investment budget calculation in the project design mainly uses the calculation system for municipal engineering,and there is discrepancy.Based on the current problems in the preparation of bio-natural gas project investment budget estimate and its budget estimate framework system and cost characteristics,the paper proposes a budget preparation framework system and corresponding calculation method for bio-natural gas project,which can be used for reference by relevant design engineers.
