摘　　要：文章以设计院新能源领域的EPC总承包业务为背景,采用ISM模型在分类辨识各类设备采购风险因素的基础上,建立了多层递阶风险网络模型,分层次开展了各风险因素间的影响作用以及对项目目标的影响程度分析,可为该领域EPC模式下采购风险管理提供决策参考。Based on the EPC general contracting business of design institute in the new energy field,the paper uses the ISM model to classify and identify various risk factors of equipment procurement,establishes a multi-layer hierarchical risk network model,and carries out analysis on interaction effect among each risk factor and impact on project objectives at different levels,which provides reference for decision-making in procurement risk management under the EPC mode in the new energy field.
