分散剂的应用对某膨润土矿分散行为影响研究

摘　　要：为了提高膨润土纯度,本文以聚丙烯酸钠、焦磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠为分散剂,研究试剂对膨润土矿分散行为的影响。设定不同粒级条件,分析产率及蒙脱石含量影响特点。试验结果表明,不同分散剂应用条件下,70μm粒级产率及蒙脱石含量所受影响较小,分散剂不同用量条件下,对-70μm粒级整体影响较小,部分粒级条件下的影响较大。In order to improve the purity of bentonite,sodium polyacrylate,sodium pyrophosphate and sodium hexametaphosphate are used as dispersants to study the reagent influence on the dispersion behavior of bentonite ore. The yield and montmorillonite content influence are analyzed under different particle size conditions. The results show that under different dispersants conditions,the yield and the montmorillonite content at 70 μm particle size are less affected;under different dosages of dispersant,those at-70 μm particle size are less affected,while those at partial particle sizes are greatly affected.
