摘  要:对于一些低压用电设备数量多、类型复杂、单台设备功率大小不一的特定车间,低压配电电压采用380 V时存在供电距离短、电缆消耗量大、配电系统损耗大等弊端,而采用660 V供电对于降低配电系统损耗、减少有色金属消耗十分有利,也符合绿色矿山的建设理念。本文结合实际工程,介绍低压配电电压的选择。本文以某有色金属选矿厂磨浮车间为例,论述了采用660 V供电的优势、660 V与380 V电气设备的差别,并给出了选择380 V或660 V低压配电电压的基本原则。As low-voltage installations are numerous and various in type and power in a certain plant,selecting 380 V as the LV distribution voltage has a number of drawbacks: including overly short power supply distance,large cable demand,considerable distribution-induced power loss. In contrast,using 660 V as the distribution voltage is conducive to reducing distribution power loss and non-ferrous metal usage,hence more environmentally friendly. The paper is a case study of the LV power voltage selection process.Using the flotation plant of a certain non-ferrous metal mineral processing plant as an example,the paper demonstrates the merits of using 660 V as the LV distribution voltage,compares the 660 V and 380 V options,and also proposes some basic principles guiding the selection of 380 V and 660 V as LV distribution voltages.
