摘  要:目的观察康复训练联合神经肌肉电刺激(NMES)对有机磷迟发性神经病(OPIDP)的疗效。方法44例OPIDP患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组22例。对照组入院后开始康复训练;试验组患者在此基础上增加NMES治疗。比较两组患者简式Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)评分、改良Barthel指数(MBI)评分、Berg平衡量表(BBS)评分和尺神经和腓总神经的神经传导速度。结果治疗10周后,两组FMA评分、MBI评分和BBS评分均高于治疗前,且试验组评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗10周后,两组神经传导速度也快于治疗前,且试验组快于对照组(P<0.05)。结论康复训练可以促进OPIDP患者的神经功能恢复,提高OPIDP患者运动能力、平衡能力和日常生活活动能力;在此基础上联合NMES治疗可进一步提高OPIDP患者的临床疗效。Objective To observe the efficacy of rehabilitation training combined with neuromuscular electrical stimulation(NMES) in the treatment of the patients with organophosphate-induced delayed polyneuropathy(OPIDP).Methods Forty-four patients with OPIDP were randomly divided into two groups with 22 cases each.Group A was treated with rehabilitation training alone and group B was treated additionally with NMES.The efficacy of treatment was evaluated with the scores of Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA),modified Barthel index(MBI),Berg balance scale(BBS),and the nerve conduction velocities of the ulnar and common peroneal nerves.Results After 10 weeks of treatment, the scores of FMA,MBI and BBS of the two groups were higher than those before, which were higher in group B than those in group A(P<0.05).After 10 weeks of treatment, the nerve conduction velocities of the ulnar and common peroneal nerves of the two groups were faster than those before, which were faster in group B than those in group A(P<0.05).ConclusionRehabilitation training can promote the neurological recovery, improve the motor ability, balance ability and the ability of daily activities in OPIDP patients.The efficacy is better when combined use of rehabilitation training and NMES treatment.
