摘　　要：为了比较两种防治褐梗天牛的微囊剂效果,分别在试验区进行了室内和室外的药效试验。结果表明,两种供试药剂在处理24 h后,8%氯氰菊酯触破式微囊悬浮剂毒杀效果好,致死中浓度LC50为2.24 mg/mL;处理48 h后,3%噻虫啉缓释型微囊悬浮剂毒杀效果好,致死中浓度LC_(50)为0.35 mg/mL。两种药剂飞防28 d后对褐梗天牛的防治效果在74.14%~87.10%,校正防治效果在65.78%~82.93%。In this paper,in order to compare the effects of 2 types of microcapsules on controlling Arhopalus rusticus,pesticide efficacy tests were carried out indoors and outdoors in the test areas.The results showed that 8%cypermethrin contact-breaking microcapsule suspension had better toxic effect 24 h after treatment with median lethal concentration LC50=2.24 mg/mL,while 3%thiacloprid sustained release microcapsule suspension had better toxic effect 48 h after treatment with median lethal concentration LC_(50)=0.35 mg/mL.The outdoor field test results showed that the overall control effect of the 2 pesticides against the pest was 74.14%~87.10%28 d after aerial sprag,and the corrected control effect was 65.78%~82.93%.
