摘  要:为更好地了解不同地区建筑业的能源效率差距及影响因素,在考虑碳排放作为非期望产出的前提下,采用SBM模型,计算了我国2008~2017年各省建筑业能源效率。结果表明:在我国建筑业碳排放逐年增加的背景下,2008~2017年我国能源效率较低,仅为0.63且呈波动变化趋势,省际和区域间的能源效率差异明显。能源效率较高的省份均集中在东部沿海地区,中部和西部间能源效率差距不大且均低于东部地区。在影响能源效率的因素中,建筑业发展程度、产业集中度和能源结构对能源效率有显著的正向影响。To better understand the energy efficiency gap and influencing factors of the construction industry in different regions,this paper uses the SBM model to calculate the energy efficiency of the construction industry of different provinces in China from2008 to 2017,considering the carbon emission as an undesirable output.The results show that in the context of the increasing carbon emissions of China’s construction industry year by year,the energy efficiency of China in 2008~2017 was relatively low,only reaching 0.63 and showing a fluctuating trend.The energy efficiency difference between provinces and regions was obvious.Provinces with higher energy efficiency are concentrated in the eastern coastal area,and the energy efficiency gap between the central and western regions is not large and is lower than that in the eastern region.Among the factors that affect energy efficiency,the development level of construction industry,industrial concentration and energy structure have a significant positive impact on energy efficiency.
