基于DEMATEL方法的全过程造价咨询应用的障碍因素研究

摘　　要：推进造价咨询服务全过程化是造价咨询企业的发展方向,然而在全过程造价咨询服务的应用过程中仍存在诸多阻碍。为了有效解决全过程造价咨询应用受阻的问题,通过文献分析法并结合国内造价咨询市场的现状,从造价咨询企业自身因素、行业管理因素和市场环境因素3个方面,归纳出全过程造价咨询应用的障碍因素,运用DEMATEL法识别关键障碍因素并分析因素间的影响路径,提出解决全过程造价咨询应用障碍的建议及对策。Promoting full procedural cost consulting service has become a development direction for the consulting firms.However,there are still many barriers in the application of full procedural cost consulting.To effectively solve the barriers,this paper identified important influencing factors through a thorough review of the literature and state of the practice in cost consulting market in China.These factors are deriving from the cost consulting enterprise,the industry regulation,and the market environment.The DEMATEL method is used to identify the key obstacle factors and analyze the influence path between factors.Suggestions and countermeasures are proposed to remove the barriers in full procedural cost consulting.
