摘 要:根据相关法律和市场竞争状况,合理的低报价是建设施工企业中标的基本前提。在难以通过报价提升来获得更高利润的情况下,如何降低成本、提升利润是所有施工承包方的经营难题。以施工全过程为周期,提出在不改变总报价的前提下,通过改进、优化建设施工企业的建设项目预期现金流与融资计划的方法来降低成本,在此基础上提出更为有效的报价的策略。并以某典型钢筋混凝土高层住宅工程为例,对该策略进行了实证研究。研究可以作为建设施工企业投标决策的参考,为其获取更多的生存空间和机遇。According to the relevant laws and market competition,reasonable low quotation is the basic premise for construction enterprises to win the bid.When it is difficult to obtain higher profits through the increase of quotations,how to reduce costs and increase profits is a difficult problem for all construction contractors.This study takes the whole construction process as the time cycle,and proposes to reduce costs by improving or optimizing the expected cash flow and financing plan of construction projects of the construction companies without changing the total quotation.On this basis,a more effective quotation strategy is put forward.Then a typical reinforced concrete high-rise residential project is taken as an example to carry on the empirical research to this strategy.This research can be used as a reference for bidding decision-making of construction enterprises to obtain more living space and opportunities for them.
