摘 要:强台风浪威胁福建近岸海洋工程的防洪安全,而对于宁德沿海的可能最大台风浪尚缺乏分析。利用第三代近岸波浪模式SWAN,建立了基于三角网格的福建近岸海域精细化海浪数值模型,利用浮标观测资料对模式精度进行验证表明,模式计算的有效波高大于2 m的平均绝对误差为0.46 m,相对误差为14.87%,该模式能够较好地反应台风浪生成和演变规律。结合考虑潮汐和潮流对波浪的影响,可能最大台风来袭时,宁德沿海将普遍出现7 m以上的狂浪,对重点工程区的影响主要集中在东侧,东侧附近8 m水深处的可能最大台风浪H1%为11.4 m,且发生时间滞后于最高潮位,可为重点工程的海洋灾害风险排查提供参考,并为其周边海域可能最大台风浪的计算积累经验。In recent years,the extreme typhoon wave threat the flood control safety of coastal projects in Fujian province.However,the probable maximum typhoon wave for key coastal projects in Ningde City is still unclear.Using the third generation of wave numerical model SWAN(Simulating waves nearshore),the present study proposed a refined waves model of the offshore area in Fujian Province based on the unstructured grids.Comparison with measured data,the mean absolute deviation of the significant wave height above 2 m is 0.46 m,and the mean relative deviation is 14.87 percent.So the simulating results reflected the generation and propagation processing of the typhoon wave well.After considering the effect of tide and currents,the wave height in Ningde coastal sea is over 7 m when the probable maximum typhoon comes.The impact of typhoon wave on key coastal projects is mainly concentrated in the east side.The calculated probable maximum typhoon H1%wave height is 11.4 m in 8 m deep water outside the east side,and it occurred after the high tide level.The results could provide valuable information in marine disaster risk screening of coastal engineering,and also accumulate experience for the estimation of probable maximum typhoon wave.
