摘 要:为强化粗煤泥的分选效果,设计了一套内置倾斜板变径流化床粗煤泥连续分选系统,考察了主要操作参数对分选效果的影响规律。研究结果表明:精煤相关指标与床层密度和上升水速均呈正相关关系;Ep值在不同上升水速条件下的变化趋势存在差异,适宜分选密度范围内,较低水速匹配较高床层密度分选效果良好;变径和倾斜板结构强化了颗粒按密度分离,相比传统分选机,内置倾斜板变径液固流化床分选精度可提高0.02~0.03 g/cm^(3)。自生介质床层强化了颗粒按密度分离,连续条件下液固流化床分选精度显著提高,相比间断分选条件,Ep值可降低0.07~0.10 g/cm^(3)。In order to enhance the separation effect of coarse coal slime,a set of continuous separation system is designed based on a new liquid-solid fluidized bed with variable diameter and built-in inclined plates.The influence of main operating parameters on the separation effect is investigated.The results show that the clean coal indexes are positively correlated with the bed density and rising water velocity.Ep value varies under different rising water velocity conditions.Within the range of suitable separating density,the operating condition of lower water velocity matching higher bed density is good for particle separation.The variable diameter and inclined plate structure strengthen the particle separation according to the density.Comparing with the traditional liquid-solid fluidized bed,the performance accuracy of the new separator can be increased by 0.02~0.03 g/cm^(3).The self-generated medium formed in continuous condition improves the separation effect.Comparing with the batch separation condition,the Ep value can be decreased by 0.10 g/cm^(3)under continuous condition.
