摘　　要：通过分析沁水龙港煤炭加工配送中心选煤厂入厂原煤的筛分、浮沉资料,比较各种块煤洗选设备适用特点及分选效果;结合拟建选煤厂产品结构,确定采用大直径无压三产品重介旋流器作为主洗选设备,并制定了选煤工艺;同时根据流程计算结果,确定主要设备规格型号及数量;选煤厂自2019年年初建成以来,生产系统运行稳定、分选效果良好,大直径无压三产品重介旋流器生产洗中块和洗小块获得成功应用。A large-diameter gravity-feed three-product dense medium cyclone is used by analyzing the screening and float-sink data of the feeding raw coal from the coal preparation plant of Qinshui Longgang coal processing and distribution center,comparing the applicable characteristics and separation effects of various lump coal washing equipment,and combining the product structure of the proposed coal preparation plant.Based on above results,the coal preparation process is developed.At the same time,according to the calculation results of the coal washing process,the main equipment specifications,models and quantities are determined.Since the establishment of the coal preparation plant in early 2019,the production system has been operating stably and the separating effect has been good.The large-diameter gravity-feed three-product dense medium cyclone has been successfully used in the production of medium-sized coal and small coal.
