摘 要:采用热重分析研究了呼伦贝尔褐煤的热解特性,探讨了粒径和升温速率对热解过程的影响,并从动力学上进行了分析。结果表明,随升温速率增加,褐煤的失重率变化不规律,最大失重速率峰对应的温度向高温偏移;随着粒径增大,褐煤的失重率先增加,后降低,最大失重速率峰对应的温度逐渐升高。在280~350℃低温区,随着升温速率的增加,煤样热解活化能规律变化不明显;在350~450℃区间,随着升温速率的增加,热解活化能先增大,后减小;在480~800℃高温区,热解活化能随着升温速率的增加而升高。随着粒径的增大,热解反应活化能先升高,后降低。In order to provide a theoretical basis for the efficient utilization of Hulunbuir lignite,the pyrolysis characteristics of Hulunbeier lignite was investigated by thermogravimetric analysis,and the influence of heating rate and particle size on the pyrolysis process were discussed,Afterwards the kinetic parameters were calculated.The results showed that the heating rate and the particle size of lignite affect the pyrolysis curve,the final weight loss did not indicate definite rule and maximum rate temperature increase with heating rate increasing.The maximum rate temperature increase gradually,and the final weight loss increase firstly and then decrease with the increase of the particle size.Moreover,in the low temperature region of 280~350℃,with the increase of the heating rate,the pyrolysis activation energy did not change significantly;with the increase of heating rate,the activation energy increased firstly and then decreased at 350~450℃,but the activation energy increased with the increase of the heating rate at 480~800℃.As the particle size increase the activation energy increased firstly and then decreased.
