摘　　要：政府数字信息资源质量保障政策的研究,将有助于提升和管理政府数字信息资源的质量,帮助实现其社会价值和经济价值。首先,对我国政府数字信息资源质量保障相关政策进行整理和分析,了解其现状以及存在的问题;其次,对美国政府数字信息资源质量保障政策实践进行分析,总结其特点;最后,结合以上研究,提出我国政府数字信息资源质量保障政策体系建设建议:制定明确的政府数字信息资源质量政策法规、建立具体的政府数字信息资源质量标准、明确政府数字信息资源质量管理职责、设计可操作的政府数字信息资源质量管理规范、建立政府数字信息资源质量监管制度等。Research on government digital information resource quality assurance policies will help improve and manage the quality of government digital information resources,and help realize their social and economic values.First,this paper sorts out and analyzes the relevant policies of the digital information resource quality assurance of the Chinese government to understand their current situations and existing problems.Secondly,this paper analyzes the practice of the digital information resource quality assurance policies of the US government and summarizes their characteristics.Finally,based on the above research,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the construction of the government’s digital information resource quality assurance policy system:formulate clear government digital information resource quality policies and regulations,establish specific government digital information resource quality standards,clarify government digital information resource quality management responsibilities,design operational government digital information resource quality management specifications,establish government digital information resource quality supervision systems,etc.
