摘 要:科学研究方法信息的记录和共享对于科学数据开放共享以及科学研究发展至关重要,但目前元数据对研究方法的描述和记录并不完善。分析元数据标准中方法元素以及元数据对方法描述中存在的问题,对今后方法元数据的建设和应用具有参考价值。以生物学领域为例,采用网络调查法和案例分析法,对元数据标准中方法元素的设计现状以及该领域数据仓储的方法元数据应用现状进行调查分析,发现多数元数据标准涉及方法元素,但缺乏独立模块,且在元数据应用实践中方法元素常被省略,对方法元数据的描述缺乏规范性。深入发掘和描述研究方法的特征,支持统一的受控词表,使用自动化元数据描述工具,支持语义关联等,将是方法元数据的建设趋势。The recording and sharing of scientific research method information is very important for the opening and sharing of scientific data and the development of scientific research, but the description and recording of research method by metadata is not perfect at present.The analysis of the method elements in the metadata standard and the problems existing in the method description based on metadata will be of reference value to the construction and application of method metadata in the future.Taking the field of biology as an example, using the methods of network investigation and case analysis, the authors investigate and analyze the design status of method elements in metadata standards, and the application status of method metadata in data warehouse in this field.It is found that most metadata standards contain method elements, but they lack independent modules.In practice, method elements are often omitted, and the description of method metadata is not clear and normative.It will be the trend of method metadata construction in the future to deeply explore and describe the characteristics of research methods, support a unified controlled vocabulary, use automatic metadata description tools, and support the semantic association between metadata method description records.
