摘　　要：女性为儿童图书馆实践和教育事业作出了卓越的贡献,但是她们的地位和价值始终被低估。本文梳理美国女性儿童图书馆员相关文献,将这些文献中的观点分为以性别为变量考察图书馆事业和以职业为变量考察工作中的女性两类,依次整理揭示。这些文献提供了大量有价值的材料和观点,但可供模仿的研究范式尚未成熟,依然存在聚焦领袖精英、缺乏比较、忽略社会脉络等问题。Women have made an outstanding contribution to children’s library practice and education,but their status and value have always been undervalued.This overview is based on literature of female children’s librarians in the United States and classifies all the views into two categories:those investigating librarianship with gender as a variable and those investigating women in the workplace with career as a variable.These literature provide a lot of valuable material and viewpoints,but the research paradigm for imitation is not yet mature.A focus on leaders and elites,lack of comparison,and ignoring the social context are the major shortcomings.
