摘  要:随着智能手机的普及,移动App在各领域的应用越来越广泛。为了使单位员工能集中、快捷地查找企业内部知识,并同时满足智能咨询问答需要。我们基于微信公众平台开发了一套智能咨询服务系统。员工只需关注“智能问答机器人小H”公众号即可使用本系统提供智能互动问答服务。本文详细介绍了该系统的设计思路、环境配置、功能框架、实现方法和应用效果,可为类似智能移动应用系统建设提供参考。With the popularity of smart phones,mobile apps have been widely used in various fields.In order to enable the employees of the enterprise to find the internal knowledge of the enterprise in a concentrated and quick manner,and simultaneously meet the needs of intelligent consultation and respond,we have developed an intelligent consulting service system based on the WeChat public platform.Employees only need to follow the“Smart Responding Robot Little H”official account so as to receive intelligent interactive response services in this system.This article describes in detail the design ideas,environment configuration,functional framework,implementation methods and application effects of the system,which can provide reference for the construction of similar intelligent mobile application systems.
