摘 要:攀钢钒钛烧结矿由于TiO_(2)质量分数高,导致低温还原粉化率(RDI)较差,生产现场一直通过向烧结矿表面喷洒CaCl_(2)溶液来改善这一情况,但随着氯元素的循环富集,煤气管网腐蚀加剧。为解决该问题,特进行氯元素减量化试验研究,研究结果表明:通过降低溶液CaCl_(2)质量分数或用硼酸替代CaCl_(2)溶液后,钒钛烧结矿的RDI_(+3.15 mm)有所下降,但均达到普通烧结矿(未喷洒CaCl_(2)溶液)RDI的入炉水平;在工业生产中降低溶液CaCl_(2)质量分数10%和用硼酸完全替代CaCl_(2)溶液后,烧结矿的RDI_(+3.15 mm)略有下降,高炉主要技术指标无明显变化,炉况稳定顺行,且有利于延长煤气管网的使用寿命。Because of the high content of TiO_(2) in V-Ti sinter of Pangang,the RDI index is poor,which has been improved by spraying CaCl_(2) solution on the sinter surface.However,with the cyclic enrichment of chlorine,the corrosion of gas-pipe network is intensified,so the reduction of chlorine is studied to solve this problem.The results show that,the RDI_(+3.15 mm) of V-Ti sinter decreases by reducing the mass fraction of CaCl_(2) solution or substituting boric acid for CaCl_(2) solution,but the RDI of V-Ti sinter is up to that of ordinary sinter(without spraying CaCl_(2) solution).In industrial production,after the concentration of CaCl_(2) solution is reduced by 10%and boric acid completely replaces CaCl_(2) solution,the RDI_(+3.15 mm) of sinter decreases slightly,the main technical indexes of blast furnace have no obvious change,and the furnace condition is stable and smooth,which is beneficial for prolonging the service life of gas-pipe network.
