摘  要:目前铁矿石熔滴性能的评价指标繁多,在实际应用中存在诸多不便,同时各指标之间的内在关联缺乏深入探索。本文基于冶金传输原理相关基础理论提出新的表征方法,该方法通过对熔滴性能的影响因素进行量纲分析,得到熔滴性能指数(SDI);随后借助熔滴设备采集实验过程中的基础参数,得到不同炉料的SDI值。试验结果表明:炉料的SDI值越小,其熔滴性能越好,反之亦然。在此条件下,传统熔滴特征值(S)仅与压差和熔融温度有关,在一些情况下其变化规律与炉料熔滴性能相矛盾,而SDI值表征结果更具准确性。用该方法表征一些文献中的炉料的熔滴性能,发现SDI值变化规律与相应文献中的结论保持一致,验证了SDI值的普适性。本文提出的熔滴性能指数综合考虑了软熔开始温度、滴落温度、软熔温度区间、升温速率、底部焦炭层厚度、荷重、收缩率、最大压差、还原气体流量及其在炉内的分布情况等因素,可以更好地表征不同炉料的熔滴性能,避免了由某个单一因素表征带来的误差,为全面掌握含铁炉料的熔滴性能提供了理论依据。At present,there are many indexes to evaluate the SD of iron ore,which brings much inconvenience in practical application.At the same time,there is a lack of in-depth exploration of the internal relationships between the indicators.In this paper a new characterization method is proposed based on the relevant basic theory of metallurgical transport principles,this method helps to obtain SDI through the dimensional analysis on the influencing factors of the SD.Subsequently,the basic parameters in the experiment process are collected with the droplet equipment,and the SDI values of different furnace charge materials are obtained.The results show that the smaller the SDI value of the furnace charge is,the better the SD is,and vice versa.Under this experimental condition,the traditional droplet characteristic value(S)is only related to the pressure difference and melting temperature.In some cases,its change law contradicts the furnace charge SD,and the SDI value characterization result is more accurate.This method is used to characterize the SD of the furnace charge in some literatures,and it is found that the SDI value change rule is consistent with the conclusions,which verifies the universality of the SDI value.The SDI considers the reflow starting temperature,dripping temperature,reflow temperature range,heating rate,thickness of bottom coke layer,load,shrinkage,maximum pressure difference,reducing gas flow and its distribution in the blast furnace.It can better characterize the SD of different furnace charge,avoid the error caused by a single factor characterization,and provide a theoretical basis for fully grasping the SD of iron-bearing furnace charge.
