侧开胸自体心包管道连接肝静脉-奇静脉行全腔手术一例

摘　　要：1例诊断为“单心室,肺动脉闭锁,下腔静脉肝段缺如”的6岁患儿,在完成改良Blalock-Taussig分流术及双侧双向Glenn手术后,通过侧开胸入路,采用自体心包管道连接肝静脉-奇静脉,完成全腔手术。短期随访结果满意。We reported a case of a six-year-old boy diagnosed of single ventricle,pulmonary atresia and interrupted inferior vena cava.After modified Blalock-Taussig shunt and bidirectional Glenn procedure,he received the Fontan procedure.The Fontan procedure was done through a unilateral thoracotomy,using an autologous pericardial conduit to connect hepatic vein and azygos vein.The result of short-term follow-up was satisfactory.
