摘 要:目的分析深圳口岸出入境人员与当地人群中流行的HIV-1 CRF07BC毒株的基因相关性,为制定相应的防控策略提供依据。方法以深圳口岸出入境人员与当地人群中HIV-1感染者为研究对象,获得两个人群的HIV-1基因序列并判定基因型,分别用传播网络和系统进化分析法研究两个人群中HIV-1 CRF07BC毒株的关联情况。结果HIV-1 CRF07BC毒株传播网络模式图显示,除中国香港的HIV205毒株外,存在一个较为集中的传播网络。最大似然法系统进化树显示,来自出入境人员的HIV基因序列分布于4个进化簇中,中国大陆出境者(HIV163)感染的毒株与深圳当地毒株相关;来自我国香港的毒株(HIV200)与广东流行株间存在关联,并与深圳当地流行株相关;2名日本籍入境者(HIV189和HIV239)与两名深圳当地感染者(SZCDC109和SZCDC131)的毒株之间相关;香港地区(HIV205)感染的毒株与广东地区流行毒株相关。结论深圳口岸出入境人员与当地人群中流行的HIV-1 CRF07BC毒株之间存在一定关联。Objective To analyze the genetic correlation of HIV-1 CRF07_BC strains between entry-exit personnel at Shenzhen port and local population,so as to lay the foundation for the policies formulation. Methods The HIV-1 gene sequences were obtained from the entry-exit personnel and local people in Shenzhen,and the genotypes were determined. The transmission network and phylogenetic analysis were used to study the association of HIV-1 CRF07_BC strains in the two populations. Results The pattern of HIV-1 transmission network showed that there was a relatively centralized transmission network except for the HIV 205 strain imported from Hong Kong,China. The phylogenetic tree of HIV-1 CRF07_BC showed that the HIV-1 sequences from entry-exit personnel in Shenzhen were distributed in four evolutionary clusters. The strains from outbound personnel of Chinese mainland(HIV163)were associated with local strains in Shenzhen. The strains from Hong Kong,China(HIV200) were associated with Guangdong epidemic strains,and with the local epidemic strains in Shenzhen. The strains from two Japanese immigrants(HIV189 and HIV239) and two local persons(SZCDC109 and SZCDC131) were associated. The strain from Hong Kong,China was associated with the epidemic strains in Guangdong province. Conclusion There was association on circulating HIV-1 CRF07_BC strains among the entry-exit personnel at Shenzhen port and the local population.
