摘 要:目的为阻断中国-哈萨克斯坦、中国-蒙古国边境地区蚤类传疫风险预警提供参考。方法 2009—2020年,在准噶尔盆地西北部中哈、中蒙边境地区5大生境区开展蚤类调查,并统计截获的蚤类,分类鉴定,综合分析。结果 10年来,在准噶尔盆地西北部边境地区第1道监控防线截获境外输入蚤类3种181匹,在第2、3、4道防线发现外来区域输入性蚤类3种332匹。中哈边境地区新增蚤类18种,中蒙边境线地区新增28种,发现5种蚤类携带鼠疫菌、5种携带其他4种病原体。结论构建准噶尔盆地西北边境地区5道监控防线,监测蚤类的交换、迁移。Objective To provide reference for the early warning of flea transmission in border areas between China and Kazakhstan,China and Mongolia in northwest Junggar Basin. Methods From 2009 to 2020,the fleas were investigated in five habitats in the northwestern Junggar Basin,between China and Kazakhstan,China and Mongolia.The captured fleas were classified,identified and analyzed. Results In recent 10 years,in the northwestern border area of Junggar Basin,181 fleas of 3 species were intercepted in the first surveillance line,and 332 fleas of 3 species were found in the second,third and fourth surreillance lines. A total of 18 species of fleas were newly discovered in the border area between China and Kazakhstan,and 28 species in the border area between China and Mongolia.Five flea species were found to carry Yersinia pestis,and five flea species to carry other four pathogens. Conclusion Five surveillance lines had been constructed to monitor flea exchange and migration in the northwestern border area of Junggar Basin.
