摘　　要：目的进一步了解北京口岸地区出境人群的艾滋病感染状况,为制定有效的艾滋病防治措施提供依据。方法对2010—2019年经北京口岸出境的人员,用化学发光法初筛HIV抗体,用免疫印迹确证,对检测结果进行分析。结果2010—2019年对480 298名出境人员进行了HIV抗体检测,共检出HIV抗体阳性178例,检出率为3.71/万。HIV抗体检出率有逐年增加的趋势,船员的检出率明显高于其他人群。HIV抗体阳性的人员以男性为主(94.38%),20~40岁占大多数(82.58%),大学学历居多(66.29%),传播途径以性传播为主(83.71%)。结论应加强艾滋病预防的联防联控及口岸艾滋病监测,及早发现新发HIV感染者并及时转送医疗机构治疗,控制艾滋病的进一步传播。Objective To further understand the HIV infection status of the outbound population in Beijing port area,and to provide a basis for the formulation of effective AIDS prevention and control measures. Methods HIV antibody was screened by using chemiluminescence method,and confirmed by Western blot of the exit persons at Beijing port,2010-2019. The detection results were analyzed. Results From 2010 to 2019,a total of 480 298 people travelling abroad were tested for HIV antibody,and 178 cases were HIV antibody positive,with a detection rate of 3.71 cases per 10 000. The detection rate of HIV antibody increased year by year,and the detection rate of crew was significantly higher than that of other groups. Most of the HIV-positive persons were male(94.38%),most of them were 20 to 40 years old(82.58%),most of them had college education(66.29%),and the main transmission route was sexual transmission(83.71%). Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the joint prevention and control of AIDS prevention and AIDS surveillance at ports,in order to find newly infected people as early as possible and refer them to medical institutions for treatment in time,so as to control the further spread of AIDS.
