摘 要:目的探讨支气管肺炎儿童血清心肌酶谱、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平及心肌酶谱与CRP的相关性。方法选取2018年8月—2020年8月滁州市第一人民医院收治的86例支气管肺炎患儿和同期体检的78名健康儿童,对比两组儿童血清心肌酶谱、CRP水平,用Pearson相关性检验分析治疗前后血清心肌酶谱及CRP的关系。结果支气管肺炎患儿治疗前血清谷草转氨酶(AST)、磷酸肌酸激酶(CK)、磷酸肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、CRP水平均高于治疗后和健康儿童(P<0.05),支气管肺炎患儿治疗后血清AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、CRP水平与健康儿童比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);婴幼儿AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、CRP水平均高于学龄前期和学龄期患儿(P<0.05),学龄前期患儿AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH、CRP水平均高于学龄期患儿(P<0.05)。结论支气管肺炎患儿血清心肌酶谱、CRP水平异常升高,且血清AST、CK、CK-MB、LDH水平与血清CRP水平相关,可以作为评估儿童支气管肺炎疗效的参考指标。Objective To explore the serum myocardial zymogram and C-reactive protein(CRP) level in children with bronchopneumonia,and to analyze the relationship between myocardial zymogram and CRP. Methods A total of86 pediatric patients with bronchopneumonia who were admitted to Chuzhou First People’s Hospital from August2018 to August 2020,and 78 healthy children who came to the same hospital for physical examination during the same period were enrolled in this study. The two groups were compared in terms of serum myocardial zymogram and CRP level. Pearson correlation test was used to analyze the relationship between serum myocardial zymogram and CRP level before and after treatment. Results Before treatment,the children with bronchopneumonia had significantly higher level of serum aspartate aminotransferase(AST),creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),and CRP than those after treatment and the healthy children(P<0.05). After treatment,there were no significant differences in AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,and CRP levels between children with bronchopneumonia and the healthy children(P>0.05). The infant patients had significantly higher serum AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,and CRP levels than preschool and school-age patients(P<0.05). Preschool patients had significantly higher serum AST,CK,CK-MB,LDH,and CRP levels than school-age patients(P<0.05). Conclusion The children with bronchopneumonia had abnormally elevated serum myocardial zymogram and CRP level,and the level of serum AST,CK,CK-MB,and LDH was related to CRP,which could be used as the reference indexes for evaluating the clinical efficacy of treatment.
