数字普惠金融发展与城乡收入差距:扩大还是缩小?——基于空间计量模型的实证检验

摘　　要：普惠金融已经成为全球金融业发展的一个重要理念.基于北京大学数字金融研究中心和蚂蚁金服集团组成的联合课题组负责编制的2011年到2018年数字普惠金融指数数据,运用空间计量模型实证分析了数字普惠金融对中国省份城乡收入差距的影响.研究结果表明:1)在一定时期内,数字普惠金融发展与城乡收入差距之间不是简单的扩大或者缩小的关系,在某种意义上存在倒"U"型曲线关系.2)数字普惠金融发展和城乡收入差距两者都具有正向空间相关性.数字普惠金融发展不仅能缩小本省的城乡收入差距,而且能够带动邻近省份的发展,缩小邻近省份的城乡收入差距.进一步分析得出3)数字普惠金融的空间溢出效应主要取决于金融服务的使用深度;使用深度指数对城乡收入差距在空间上的收敛作用较为明显的结论.Inclusive finance has become an important concept in the development of the global financial industry.Based on the 2011-2018 digital financial inclusion index data compiled by the joint research team composed of Peking University Digital Finance Research Center and Ant Financial Group,the spatial measurement model is used to empirically analyze the impact of digital financial inclusion on the income gap between urban and rural areas in China.influences.The research results show that:1) In a certain period of time,the relationship between the development of digital financial inclusion and the urban-rural income gap is not a simple expansion or contraction,but an inverted U-shaped curve relationship exists in a certain sense.2) Both the development of digital financial inclusion and the urban-rural income gap have a positive spatial correlation.The development of digital financial inclusion can not only narrow the urban-rural income gap in the province,but also promote the development of neighboring provinces and narrow the urban-rural income gap in neighboring provinces.Further analysis draws 3) the spatial spillover effect of digital financial inclusion mainly depends on the depth of use of financial services;the use of depth index has a more obvious conclusion on the spatial convergence of the urban-rural income gap.
