摘 要:近年来,恶性肿瘤的发病率呈递增趋势。经过手术切除、化疗、放疗等常规的治疗手段,很多患者的病情仍未得到有效控制。因此,探寻新的治疗方式成为肿瘤防控的重点。光免疫疗法(photoimmunotherapy, PIT)在实体瘤研究中的作用越来越突出。光免疫偶联物(photoimmunoconjugate, PIC)具有肿瘤特异性识别的能力,兼具高细胞毒性。本文综述了过去10年该类新型分子靶向药物的研究进展,以卟啉、二氢卟吩e6(Ce6)、酞菁染料(IR700)等光敏剂交联单克隆抗体(monoclonal antibodies, MAbs)药物的合成及其作为光敏药物的研究结果。In recent years,the incidence of malignant tumors has been increasing.After conventional treatments such as surgical resection,chemotherapy,and radiotherapy,many patients’conditions are still not effectively controlled.Therefore,exploring new treatment methods has become the focus of tumor prevention and control.The role of photoimmunotherapy(PIT)in solid tumor research is becoming more and more prominent.Photoimmuno-conjugate(PIC)has the ability of tumor-specific recognition and high cytotoxicity.This article reviews the progress in the development of such novel molecular targeted drugs in the past decade,and the results from the study of using porphyrin,chlorin e6(Ce6),phthalocyanine dye(IR700)and other photosensitizer conjugated monoclonal antibodies(MAbs)as photosensitizing drugs were discussed respectively.
