摘  要:白蛋白纳米粒作为一种新型药物载体,本身具有可生物降解性、生物相容性、无毒性、无免疫原性等多种特点,且显示出独特的肿瘤靶向特性。抗肿瘤药物大多为非水溶性,制剂成药性差,且不良反应较大。为改变其理化性质、降低不良反应,现常将白蛋白纳米粒作为抗肿瘤药物载体,并对白蛋白纳米粒进行表面化学修饰以及质膜涂层包覆,增强药物靶向作用,提高药物的溶解性、降低药物毒性、延长体内循环时间,从而增强药物疗效。本文就白蛋白纳米粒的制备工艺以及表面修饰等方面进行综述,以期为白蛋白纳米制剂的相关药物研究提供参考。As a new drug carrier,albumin nanoparticles have many characteristics,such as biodegradability,biocompatibility,non-toxicity and non-immunogenicity,and it has shown unique tumor targeting mechanism.Most of anti-tumor drugs are water-insoluble,poor drugability of preparation,and of high adverse reaction.For the purpose of changing its physical and chemical properties and reducing the adverse effects,albumin nanoparticles are often applied as carrier to deliver anti-tumor drug.The surface modification of albumin nanoparticles and coating of plasma membrane greatly enhance the drug targeting,improve the solubility,reduce the toxicity,prolong in vivo circulation,and even enhance the efficacy of drugs.In this paper,the preparation process and surface modification of albumin nanoparticles are reviewed in order to provide reference for the study of related drugs of albumin nanoparticles.
