摘　　要：文章介绍了我国城市污泥的处置现状,对城市污泥处置方式进行了比较,认为带式深度脱水技术是一种简单高效、运行成本低的处置方式。结合工程应用实例,详细介绍了一种集缓存、预处理、输送、深脱于一体的城市污泥深度脱水技术和相关设备。该技术能够将城市污泥含水率深脱至60%及以下,而且脱水过程具有安全、稳定、运行成本低等优势。This paper introduced the current situation of municipal sludge disposal in China,compared the municipal sludge disposal methods,and concluded that the belt filter press technology for deep dewatering was a simple and effective treatment method with low operating cost.Combined with engineering application examples,this paper introduced in detail the municipal sludge deep dewatering technology comprising storage,pretreatment,transportation and deep dehydration as well as the related equipment.The technology can reduce the water content of municipal sludge to 60%or less,and possesses several advantages such as safety,stability and low operating cost.
