摘　　要：生产者责任延伸制度是指将生产者对产品承担的资源环境责任从生产制造环节延伸到产品设计生产、使用消费、废物处置和回收利用等全生命周期的制度。目前,我国对生产者责任延伸制度方面的研究较少,对立法制度方面的研究也比较欠缺。因此,设计一套完整的生产者责任延伸制度体系,对我国生产者责任延伸制度的建立和完善将起到一定的参考作用。The extended producer responsibility system refers to the system that extends the producer's responsibility for resources and environment from the manufacturing link to the whole life cycle such as product design,production,use and consumption,waste disposal and recycling.At present,there are fewer researches on the extended producer responsibility system in China,and the researches on legislative system are also relatively lacking.Therefore,the design of a complete set of extended producer responsibility system will play a certain role of reference in the establishment and improvement of the extended producer responsibility system in China.
