摘　　要：民国年间,国内局势动荡,民众保护文物意识淡薄,屡次发生国内文物外流事件。1926年山西发生天龙山佛首被盗事件后,当时的各级政府机构也进行了一些保护文物的努力,并在诸如刘大鹏这样的地方士绅的推动下,起到了一些亡羊补牢的作用。中华人民共和国成立后,国家文物保护工作才步入正轨,天龙山逐渐焕发出往日生机。During the period of the Republic of China,the domestic situation was turbulent and the people’s consciousness of protecting cultural relics was weak.There were many domestic cultural relics outflow events.In 1926,the Tianlong mountain Buddha head was stolen in Shanxi Province.At that time,government agencies at all levels tried to make efforts to protect cultural relics,and under the promotion of local gentry such as Liu Dapeng,they played a role of mending the weak.After the founding of the people’s Republic of China,the work of national cultural relics protection was on the right track,and Tianlong mountain gradually radiated its vitality.
