摘  要:660 MW超超临界机组普遍采用中压缸启动方式,机组并列带一定负荷后由中压缸进汽切换为高、中压缸联合进汽。中压缸启动具有加热均匀、热应力小、启动时间短等优点,但是如果自动控制逻辑不完善或运行操作不当,切缸时会发生机组跳闸、设备损坏等异常事故。以十里泉电厂660 MW超超临界机组为例,结合机组冷态启动切缸过程中发生的设备损坏被迫停运事件,分析了事件发生的原因,制定优化处理方案。660 MW ultra supercritical units generally adopt the medium pressure cylinder start-up mode. After the units are in parallel with a certain load, the steam inlet of intermediate pressure cylinder is switched to the combined steam inlet of high and medium pressure cylinders. The start-up of medium pressure cylinder has the advantages of uniform heating, small thermal stress and short start-up time. However, if the automatic control logic is not perfect or the operation is improper, abnormal accidents such as unit trip and equipment damage will occur when the cylinder is cut.Taking 660 MW ultra supercritical unit of Shiliquan Power Plant as an example, combined with the equipment damage and forced shutdown event occurred in the process of cold start-up and cylinder cutting, the causes of the event is analyzed and formulates the optimization treatment scheme.
