摘  要:直接空冷供热机组运行中,机组背压和采暖抽汽量均会对机组负荷产生扰动。传统的滑压曲线以机组热耗率最优为目标,得到机组负荷与主汽压力的对应关系。直接空冷供热机组纯凝工况的滑压曲线无法准确指导机组供热及背压偏离设计值时的机组滑压运行。利用EBSILON软件对300MW直接空冷抽凝机组不同工况进行仿真计算,得到基于主汽流量的滑压优化曲线,能够满足机组不同工况下的滑压需求,确保机组低负荷工况下经济性。The change of heating extraction and back pressure in the operation of a direct air-cooled thermal power unit will disturb the load of the unit. The traditional sliding pressure curve aims at the optimal heat rate of the unit, reflects the relationship between unit load and main steam pressure,which cannot accurately guide the unit sliding pressure operation when the unit heating and back pressure deviate from the design value. Through simulating calculation for different operating conditions of a 300 MW direct air-cooled condensing unit by EBSILON,sliding pressure operation optimization curve based on main steam flow was obtained, which can satisfy the sliding pressure optimization demand of the unit under different working conditions, and ensure the economy of the unit under low load conditions.
