摘  要:超超临界机组越来越广泛使用,超超临界直流炉给水波动对机组的主汽温、主汽压、负荷有较大影响,典型的多入多出非线性、强耦合、变参数特点使直流炉给水控制成为重难点问题。目前超超临界机组的各类典型给水控制方案,在被调量表征参数选取、调节量的选取方面存在较大的差异。为了提高火电机组控制水平,火力发电企业开展了多方面的研究与探索。介绍了几种燃水比被调量选取的方案及调节量补偿方案,并对比分析了不同方案的优缺点。Ultra-supercritical units are more and more widely used, and the feedwater fluctuations of ultra-supercritical once-through boilers have a greater impact on the unit’s main steam temperature, main steam pressure and load. Typical characteristics of multi-input and multi-output non-linearity, strong coupling, and variable parameters, which make once through boiler feedwater control a heavy-to-difficult issues. At present, there are great differences in the selection of characterization parameters and regulation quantity in various typical water supply control schemes of ultra-supercritical units. In order to improve the control level of thermal power units, thermal power enterprises have carried out many aspects of research and exploration. Several schemes of fuel water ratio to be adjusted and the compensation scheme of the adjustment quantity is introduced, and the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes are compared and analyzed.
