丽水地区女性人乳头瘤病毒感染状况和基因亚型分布情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析丽水地区女性人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染状况和基因亚型分布情况,为丽水地区宫颈癌防治和流行病学调查提供理论依据。方法采用HPV分型基因芯片检测系统,对2019年1-12月在丽水市人民医院就诊的14922例女性的生殖道标本进行基因分型检测,分析总感染情况、基因型分布及各年龄段感染特点。结果在14922例样本中,检出HPV感染者3721例,感染率为24.94%。其中高危型感染4108例,检出率为27.53%,高危型检出率前5位分别为HPV52(5.43%)、HPV58(3.34%)、HPV53(3.15%)、HPV16(2.95%)及HPV51(2.42%)。低危型感染938例,检出率为6.28%,低危型检出率前5位分别为CP8304(2.19%)、HPV42(1.04%)、HPV11(0.96%)、HPV6(0.94%)及HPV44(0.90%)。其中单一亚型感染者2743例,感染率为18.39%,双重和双重以上亚型感染者978例,感染率为6.55%,不同年龄组感染状况有所差异,≤20岁和≥61岁人群感染率较高,分别为35.29%和38.32%。结论丽水地区女性HPV感染以高危型和单一亚型感染为主,≤20岁和≥61岁人群感染率较高,应重视此类人群HPV的预防控制。Objective To analyse the infection status and the gene subtypes distribution of female human papilloma virus(HPV)in Lishui,and to provide theoretical foundations for Screeningfor cervical cancer patients and epidemiological investigation.Methods A total of 14922 patients in Lishui People’s Hospital were selected from January 2019 to December 2019.DNA hybridization technique was used to investigate the positive rate and subtype distribution characteristics of HPV infectionin different age groups.Results Among the 14922 samples 3721 women were detected with HPV infection,and the total positive infection rate was 24.94%.Among them 4108 cases were high-risk subtypes,and its positive rate was 27.53%.Top 5 high-risksubtypeswere HPV52(5.43%),HPV58(3.34%),HPV53(3.15%),HPV16(2.95%),HPV51(2.42%).Meanwhile 938 cases were low-risk subtypes,and its positive rate was 6.28%.Top 5 low-risk subtypes were CP8304(2.19%),HPV42(1.04%),HPV11(0.96%),HPV6(0.94%),HPV44(0.90%).Among the all samples 2743 cases were the single type infections,and the positive infection rate was 18.39%.Double type infections and multiple HPV type infections were 978 cases,and the positive infection rate was 6.55%.Among all age groups with HPV infection,the infection rate of under 20 years and over 61 years were highest,accounting for 35.29%,38.32%respectively.Conclusion The high-risksubtypes and the single type infections of HPV were dominant in Lishui.The infection rate of under 20 years and over 61 years were highestamong the adult women,and relevant departments should strengthen HPV prevention among the adult women.
