摘　　要：采购合同审批发布管理系统是基于工作流技术的一个管理系统。在公司OA系统上,它是用于管理采购合同的电子系统。该系统可编制、审批、发布和生成PDF文件以及留存电子版采购合同。相关职能部门在系统中操作和查看采购合同信息,能够节省公司资源,提高流程执行效率。文章认为,该系统可应用于公司现有及未来的所有项目。Procurement contract approval and release management system is a management system based on workflow technology.An electronic system for managing procurement contracts implemented on the company’s OA system.It can edit,approve,publish,generate PDF files and inquire electronic purchase contract in the system.Relevant functional departments operate and view procurement contract information in the system,which can save company resources and improve the efficiency of process execution.The system can be applied to all existing and future projects of the company.
